We understand your concern. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

Check your mailbox
Ask your neighbors or household members
Check around your property (porch, hallway, or safe place)
Check a nearby delivery or pickup location
Verify that your shipping address is correct

In some cases, parcels may be delivered to a nearby service point or received by someone on your behalf.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us — we will assist you and, if needed, start an investigation with the courier.

Verzending & Levertijd

Bestellingen geplaatst vóór 23:00 uur worden binnen 24 uur verwerkt. Onze verzenddagen zijn van maandag t/m vrijdag, zodat je je bestelling op een moment ontvangt dat jou het beste uitkomt.

Nederland: Levering de volgende dag nadat uw bestelling is verwerkt
België: 1-2 werkdagen

Hoe weet ik of mijn bestelling is bevestigd?

Na het plaatsen van je bestelling ontvang je een bevestigingsmail met een track & trace-link om de verzending te volgen.

Bestelling wijzigen of annuleren na betaling?

Soms kunnen we nog aanpassingen doen. Neem zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op via e-mail, chat, WhatsApp of social media, zodat we kunnen kijken wat er mogelijk is.
